800px-cat_cora_with_navyCat Cora Cooks…give us 3-4 more words for this sentence, then say it fast. This Celebrity Chef is doing goodness that will offset Gordon Ramsay’s bad vegetarian karma.

One of Food Network’s most popular Celebrity Chefs and known for her role as an Iron Chef on “Iron Chef America” and her cookbook Cat Cora’s Kitchen, Cat Cora is teaming up with Morningstar Farms to show America how healthy cooking meatless can be.

“As a working mom, I understand how hard it can be to put a healthy homemade meal on the table,” she said.  “Morningstar Farms and I have come up with some easy ways to make eating well more manageable for the home cook.  I want families to understand that good food doesn’t require hours in the kitchen.”

On September 10th, at 7:30PM, you can have the chance to chat live with Cat about veggies, soy patties, and more. For more information on this awesome Celebrity Chef, visit her website.
