Michael Pollan “Food Rules” Of Processed Foods

Michael Pollan has an interview with the Seattle Times where he discusses some of his “Food Rules” as well as his latest book, Cooked.

Food Rules contained wisdom for how to return to the kitchen to eat versus filling our bodies with processed foods.

But cooking does not always mean pulling the plants straight from the ground, as Pollan clarifies during the interview.
