Anthony Bourdain “Parts Unknown” Takes Him To Vegetarian India (Video)

Vegetarian loathing Anthony Bourdain may have found plant-based mecca.
The chef and host of Parts Unknown traveled to Punjab, India for the show’s premiere and sampled fare that is considered standard for the majority of the population.
And much of it did not contain meat.
“See Tony eat vegetables,” Bourdain says in the beginning of a clip from the episode.
“And like it.”
Don’t expect anything like this to happen in America anytime soon.
He insists the region that guarantees food with “intense color, flavor and spices” is one of the few places on Earth where eating vegetarian for him isn’t a “burden.”
