Cornelia Guest Olive

Cornelia Guest has a few lofty goals for this season.

The cruelty-free fashion designer and vegan cookbook author shared with OK Magazine her “Bucket List” of items to do this fall.

Most people can identify with seasonal goals like cleaning and exercising.

But not many are aiming for a gluten-free cookie line or to learn travel across the world to learn about conservation.

Here are a few of things Guest would like to accomplish in the near future.

Animal Conservation:
Africa. I have never been, and I love animals and conservation. And the people are amazing

Charitable Contributions:
An animal foundation. To help animals is my main goal in life. There are so many different organizations who do so much. They all need money. The more we can educate the public on the horrors of slaughterhouses and animal testing, the happier I’ll be.

Food:
I have been experimenting with gluten-free flour. My Cornelia Guest Cookies are not gluten-free, so I’m trying to do a gluten-free version. When I perfect it, I’ll let you know.
