Mike Tyson Had Real Pet Tiger Like In “The Hangover”–Tells Conan O’Brien

Mike Tyson is quite fond of his tiger friend in The Hangover.
In real life, he’s just as enamored with the big cats and he recently said during an interview that he’s owned several of them and curls up with them in bed just like many do with a kitty from the shelter.
Only his kitty comes from a bigger shelter–at least the size of a sanctuary–and Tyson probably has to scoop much bigger things out of the litter box for it.
Below are a few highlights from the interview with Conan O’Brien:
Conan O’Brien: It’s funny because … you owned a tiger when you were in the movie and then I remembered in real life you own a tiger …
Tyson: Yes, I’ve owned quite a few.
O’Brien: You’ve owned tigers …
Tyson: Yes, I did.
O’Brien: OK, so you owned a tiger. Did the tiger ever hurt you in any way? Those are kind of dangerous …
Tyson: Not intentionally … On one occasion I went ‘give me a kiss’ and she put her head in and boom I had gold teeth back then and she knocked my teeth out because her head is like concrete.
What would PETA think?!
Tyson’s revamped dental work is just one example of how dangerous it can be to own wild animals.
