Gwyneth Paltrow‘s latest cookbook It’s All Good is filled with wholesome recipes that use nutrient rich and super food ingredients where normally not so healthy ones are.
The actress appeared on The Rachael Ray Show to demonstrate her healthy gluten-free sweet potato muffins.
These muffins are created with vitamin A rich sweet potatoes, dairy-free almond milk and heart-healthy olive oil instead of butter.
Is Ray trying to cover up her desire for a truly delicious cupcake by pretending it’s the worst case of dessert she’s ever seen?
“That looks terrible there,” she says in the clip before adding, “I’m going to try that.”
“It’s hard to cook gluten-free that tastes really delicious and moist,” Paltrow explains.
“We tested and tested and tested until they came out perfectly.”
