Paula Deen Family All Lose Big In Healthy Food Makeover

Paula Deen‘s diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes was all it took for the Queen of Butter to put a little less bacon in every dish and replace it with more greens and grains.
But she’s not the only member of the Deen family to lose weight and gain health benefits.
Paula and sons Bobby and Jamie join her on the cover of People, each showing their respective pounds lost.
Bobby is said to be eating a mostly pescatarian diet and credits this–along with running and weight lifting–to his weight loss of 33 pounds.
He is also the host of a Cooking Channel show, Not My Mama’s Meals, where he does a healthier take on traditional Southern Meals and even features a vegetarian dish every now and then, like his Butternut Squash with Quinoa, Spinach and Walnuts.
