“Top Chef” Dale Talde Creates Recipes For Annie Chun’s

Top Chef season 4 and Top Chef All Stars season 8 competitor Dale Talde has teamed up with Annie Chun’s, Inc. to create several Pan-Asian recipes featuring the company’s products.
There are three signature recipes available, and one features a vegetarian dish made with Annie Chun’s Shiitake Soy Ginger Sauce and Soba Noodles with tofu steaks, snap peas and asparagus.
“The best meals are made from the choicest ingredients,” Talde said. “When designing a menu plan for either my restaurant or personal life, I always look to include all-natural, yet authentic products that honor the unique attributes and flavors of Pan-Asian cuisine. Whether you are a professional or an at-home chef, it makes all the difference.”
On his Top Chef bio, Talde said, “I love the balance that Asian cuisine offers the salty, sweet, bitter and sour and the textures it provides for different experiences in every bite.”
