Lea Michele Shares Vegan Guilty Pleasure Meal With Alicia Silverstone

Lea Michele is such a sweet girl, even when she’s being naughty she can’t help but be kind. At least when it comes to her diet.
The Glee actress shared with Alicia Silverstone what her favorite “Guilty Pleasure Meal” was. We snatched this pic from Silverstone’s blog, The Kind Life.
For the list of ingredients to use to feel naughty, read below.
- 2 slices of Ezekiel bread
- 1 avocado (1 half mashed on bread, other half on a dish with a little salt on top)
- 1 Amy’s Vegan veggie burger
- 2 slices pepperjack rice cheese
- A few tomato slices
Michele likes to wash this meal down with an organic, sulfite-free, vegan-friendly wine available from Whole Foods called Our Daily Red. The wine’s producer, Orlean’s Hill Winery, has other vegan-friendly selections, including Orlean’s Hill and one wine exclusively available from Trader Joe’s, Well Read.

Seems like it is getting fashionable for the vegan celebs to “cheat” and to be proud of it.
The most dumbest of them all drunky miss Silverstone of course who had to publicly dish other vegans.
Well, i got news for you celebs, you eat cheese, you are a vegetarian.

Did Herwin read the post or is he assuming that the cheese is real? She is “cheating” on her diet, not veganism Herwin….
And to be fair, I’m 100% vegan at home and in my grocery cart, but if am at someone’s home for instance and they know what a vegetarian is and not vegan, and serve me something dairy, I’ll be polite and eat some of it. I don’t think that makes me less ‘vegan’ than anyone else. Maybe just more polite.

oh, that’s non dairy cheese ? didn’t know that.
and, Kat, now why should you call yourself a vegan when you drink milk ? doesn’t make sense.

I never drink milk and I don’t keep anything non-vegan in my home or ever spend my money on anything that has an animal product or by-product in it. But when I am at someone’s home and they’ve already gone out of their way to make something vegetarian (if they don’t understand what a vegan is) and prepare something with a little cheese in it or that is baked with eggs, I’m not going to be rude and refuse it.
I don’t think that makes me less vegan than anyone.
