Jamie Oliver Becomes Sugar Daddy To Prove Point About School Milk

The Los Angeles school systems aren’t letting Jamie Oliver into their kitchens like he was able to do during his last filming of Jamie Oliver’s Revolution, a show where he tried to improve the eating habits of people in a small West Virginia town.
But that isn’t stopping him from using educational props to make a production about the quality of beverages available to students.
This week, Oliver and his filming crew poured 87 tons of white sand into an old schoolbus to show how much sugar LA’s children consume in flavored milk beverages. Oliver claims the flavored milk available contains at least as much sugar as a serving of soda.
Since the school bus is the only part of an educational institute he’s allowed in, Oliver has had to invent other ways to bring his message about healthier eating, including opening up a kitchen in the LA area where he teaches cooking.
You may also catch him on the nearest street corner, hustling goodies, as he plans to have mobile kitchens to aid in his mission.

the school board says they meet the requirements. my reply to that is no-one ever said you could not do better than what is required. To the parents I say we should demand better and if the board is not willing to do better fire them.
