Neverland Ranch

Michael Jackson‘s children have expressed an interest in buying the late pop singer’s Neverland Ranch when the are older.

According to the Daily Mail, Prince Michael, 13, and Paris, 12 would like to turn the property into both a tribute to their father and “some kind of community park and center for animals.”

Jackson was criticized by some animal rights activists for keeping wild animals at his ranch, which included tigers, an African bull elephant, giraffes, orangutans, parrots, reptiles and a deer.

Some say he had abandoned the animals on the ranch, but his long-time veterinarian, Dr Martin Dinnes, said there was never a lapse in feeding them and he always visited the ranch at least once a week and had great say in determining where the creatures were sent to–which included sanctuaries–after the ranch was closed.
