Casino owner Steve Wynn is rumored to be experimenting with the vegan lifestyle and now, it appears, according to a report from the Las Vegas Review Journal, he’s sharing the good news with all of his employees as well.
Wynn has ordered an 88-minute DVD to be distributed to all his employees at Wynn and Encore, ensuring the tapes are available in Spanish, French, German, English and adapted for the hearing impaired.
The DVDs came with a note about health:
“To all of our friends and family, this video presentation offers each of us a chance to extend our life and to avoid the misery of the most common causes of death in our country. We need only to spend a few minutes of the day to experience the message, which is so powerfully presented.” …
Wynn made headlines a few months ago when he ordered gourmet vegan selections for the menus of all of his restaurants. The menus contain more than a tossed salad here and there. Some of the selections include tofu parmesan sandwich with soy cheese, sesame seared tofu salad, cold soba noodles, hot udon noodles, watermelon gazpacho and sweet corn chowder. There are even vegan desserts available.
