Ruben Studdard TV One “Life After” Forgets There’s Life After Vegan

Ruben Studdard‘s life was chronicled on TV One’s “Life After” series, which aired this week.
The 30 minute segment depicted Studdard growing up in Alabama, his introduction to music at an early age in the church, and his rise to American Idol status.
Notably missing, however, was Ruben’s health journey as he lost weight on both a vegetarian, and more recently a vegan diet. Bummer. That’s a pretty important milestone that any Ruben fan should document.
Ruben insists he doesn’t miss any of his favorite foods after going vegan, as he said on The Wendy Williams Show one of his favorite foods to cook is vegan mac’ and cheese.
