Quantcast Vegetarian StarBeastie Boys “B-Boy Bouillabaisse” Gets Veganized “B-Boy Veganbaisse” At San Francisco Restaurant

MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2009 - Show

A San Francisco restaurant has paid tribute to the Beastie Boys in a very veggie manner.

According to San Francisco Weekly, Weird Fish restaurant has an item on the menu that contained a mix of seafood with tomato broth on a sour dough bun called, “B-Boy Bouillabaisse,” named after a song from the 1989 album, Paul’s Boutique.

The dish now comes with a mock salmon, renaming the creation, “B-Boy Veganbaisse.”

Seems fitting, considering Mike D is all into raw and Adam Yauch went organic and vegan after his diagnosis of cancer.
