Hard Rock Calling Ambassador Says Linda McCartney Veggie Burgers Were Hit At Cafe

The Hard Rock Calling Festival in Hyde Park in London is set for June 25-27, with big acts lined up like Pearl Jam, Ben Harper and Paul McCartney.
One of the first waitresses for the first Hard Rock Cafe in London will be happy to see McCartney in person again.
Rita Gulligan, who now does extensive PR work for the company, revealed to The Daily Star that the catering staff for the festival will be doing a special vegetarian meal for him and that veggie burgers from the Linda McCartney vegetarian food line were first launched at the Hard Rock Cafe, adding “they were top sellers.”
Although the menus at Hard Rock Cafes nationwide may vary, many offer a veggie burger topped with items like zucchini, squash and salsa.
