Kate Beckinsale Allegedly Leaves Puppy In Car

Talk about heartless.
Actress Kate Beckinale has been accused of allegedly leaving her puppy dog in the car for hours while she spent her time inside the Byron Tracy Salon.
It was reported that she also left the windows up, left no water for the dog and kept him on a leash.
Hopefully, these stories aren’t true.
There a few harsher punishments you can give Fido than leaving him in a car all day in the heat, or even for a few hours.
Doggies can’t cool themselves off as easily as humans and it’s a disaster waiting happen.
Simon Cowell, who’s been caught making puppy love on more than one occasion, recorded a PSA reminding dog owners to take pups out of the car and into the cool shelter.

These stories are true. You can actually google a photo where she picks up her puppy by the leash and the dog hangs bythe neck.
She is insensitive, should not own a dog and think, if this is what she does in public just imagine what kind of ordeal the dog gets at home if a mother like this teaches her daughter how to care for animals.
Celebrities couldn’t care less, if she gets fined, what’s 3K to her, nothing. Poor dog. We need better laws in re: to pet ownership and much, much hirger fines with jail time.
