Alicia Silverstone‘s vegan diet book, The Kind Diet, is set for release on October 13.

Here’s the cover, featuring the beautifully flawless actress.

Making the vegan transition is a gradual process that Alicia has broken down from “flirting” to “superhero.”

    This comes out on my birthday! Think I’ll make a trip to Borders to at least thumb through it and possibly purchase.

    Don’t know if I’d need it, though, since I’m already vegan. But it might be an interesting read.
