Bif is a hardcore raw vegan and has just recorded a new album, The Promise.

A recent Tweet reveals she had a sweet tooth:

“Made raw banana icecream for breakfast! (vitamix+frozen bananas+tsp raw tahini+water) Maybe sprinkle with hempseeds. Energy. Om Yummmy!”

You’re like, ‘Get out of here!’ You’re not shocked. It’s not like you’re devastated. You don’t buckle. I didn’t. I know people who did. I was just really surprised. I thought someone was playing a bit of a practical joke on me because I’m a joker.”

—-Juno Award winning, Canadian singer-songwriter Bif Naked, who has been undergoing treatment for an aggressive form of breast cancer. But don’t let that fool you into thinking she’s been bedridden. Her 6th studio album, The Promise, is set to be released in May.
