Quantcast Vegetarian StarJillian Michaels Shares Post Work-Out Snacks “Access Hollywood” (Video)

If anyone knows what a good post-workout snack is, it’s the grueling coach from NBC’s popular weight loss reality show, The Biggest Loser, Jillian Michaels.

Michaels paid a visit to Access Hollywood to discuss some of her favorite ways to refuel after exercise.

As expected, some of those options were veggie.

After you skip the beginning section on jerky (real, not soy), check out Michaels’ choices of almond butter, hummus and veggies and yogurt.

“The great thing about this combination is that you have healthy fat, healthy protein, lots of fiber and if you’re vegan, a vegetarian, it’s also a go-to,” says Michaels about the dip in the video.

Her choice of dippers for the hummus is carrots, another fiber-rich food to help keep you full between meals, helping you to achieve the look you need to be the biggest winner–in maintaining a fit physique.
