Fergie Likes Amy’s Kitchen Enchiladas

At least one of them does!
Fergie confessed that she loves popping an frozen enchilada dinner made by Amy’s Kitchen in the microwave.
The very popular maker of frozen vegetarian and vegan entrees has been feeding plant-based eaters who want both health and convenience since the 1980s.
Fergie admits that sometimes it’s easy to make even an Amy’s dish unhealthy.
“There’s this one weakness that I have and it’s a freezer weakness. It’s Amy’s Enchiladas, with cheddar cheese. There’s one with the low-sodium, so I’m thinking, ‘Okay, I can have it. It’s got the beans and the corn inside. ‘ Well, not when you add four pieces of your own sharp cheddar cheese slices on the top, and put it in the microwave! That’s definitely a cheat for me and something that I did last week a couple times.”
Save the saturated fat and cholesterol and add some vegan cheese next time, Fergie.
It’s great for keeping those “lovely lady lumps” in good condition!
