Exercise is always a great way to stay fit and this mom also recommends getting the flu shot for all the children to increase their days outdoors in the snow or inside the indoor playground versus in bed sick.
Food should never be missed when it comes to planning a healthy season and Mowry’s vegan diet is one that keeps her and her family fueled.
After adopting a plant-based diet, she noticed several medical problems clear up.
“And I have more energy.” she added.
