Kate Peck Uses Soy Milk To Battle Ryan O’Keefe In Oakley Roller Race

Model and MTV presenter Kate Peck knows non-dairy milk rocks.
She was heading off to the Oakley Tour De France roller racing challenge where she was pitted against Swans AFL Player Ryan O’Keefe, when she picked up a few items from the grocery designed to fuel her day’s battle.
“Obviously due to my immense peak athletic fitness level, we are very competitively and well matched — Joke!” Peck said of her competition.
Maybe a glass of non-dairy milk gave her the extra edge.
Peck shared with Fitsugar the contents of her grocery bag.
Foods included wasabi peas, which she planned to wash down with gulps of soy milk.
Peck said:
“En-route to the race I picked up a large long black with quarter soy milk. I often also grab a handful of this delicious and naughty nut/pea/sugar coated bits-of-heaven mix. I am currently trending on wasabi peas.”
Peck’s entire “Day on a Plate” isn’t quite as veggie–filled with seafood, turkey and ham.
But at least she got started off plant-based.
