Woodstock Farm Animal Sanctuary is hosting its seventh annual July Jamboree on Saturday, July 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This year’s event offers a lineup of amazing performers and other artists, as well as an impressive menu for food.
Listen to music from rockers Tracy Bonham, Uncle Rock and Seth Davis and say hello to the authors of Betty Goes Vegan, a book that veganized several hundred classic Betty Crocker recipes.
There will be plenty of activities for children, including storytelling, face-painting, crafts, hula-hoop lessons, a bouncy castle and farm tours giving you a chance to interact with any of the 200 animal residents on the sanctuary.
You won’t go hungry or have a lack of selection with several vegan items like Buffalo Chik’n wraps with vegan blue cheese dressing, Faux Gras Banh Mi Sandwiches, Field Roast Sausages, Grilled Corn, Mac and “Cheese,” Kale Slaw, Cookies & Brownies from X’s and O’s Bakery, Almond and Coconut Milk Ice Creams from So Delicious, Naturally Fermented Soda from Caveman Foods and Lambsbrau Organic Beer.
Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for seniors, $5 for kids and current members get in for free.
