Chef Fabio And Stevie Ryan Vh1 “Stevie TV” Make Pasta Romesco (Video)

Looking for the simplest of pasta dishes to try?
Chef Fabio’s pasta with Easy Romesco Sauce is very vegetarian friendly.
Romesco sauce is a traditional Italian sauce made with vegetables that are first pan fried to release the flavors and then blended to make a smooth sauce. Use a blender or food processor to make this step simple.
Another tip: Putting day-old bread in the sauce is a great way to thicken it. It also prevents food waste.
Watch Fabio and Stevie Ryan of Vh1’s Stevie TV chop vegetables and blend bread in sauce in the video above.
