“Portlandia” Renewed Again For More Vegan Episodes

Portlandia has been renewed by IFC for an addition two more seasons.
The hilarious skits set in liberal and progressive Portland, Oregon have poked fun of many things in pop culture and you may have your own list of top Portlandia moments.
Vegetarian Star has a few favorite Portlandia scenes that have given the vegetarian movement a little plug.
Season one featured a couple visiting a restaurant where the chickens and eggs are sourced from so-called “happy hens.” You can verify this humane status by reading the chicken’s files in a folder presented to you upon ordering.
But if you are truly serious about the plant-based lifestyle, you’ll skip the chicken restaurant and eat at a truly vegan one that has an additional amenity of a fart patio get rid of the flatulence that bean and lentil stew stirred up.
Kumil visited a vegan strip club to discover naked women and faux chicken wings is the vegan man’s Hooter dream.
They say a vegan in a hummer saves more greenhouse gases than a meat eater on a bicycle. Vegan Johnny Marr with a bicycle on Portlandia is way hotter than global warming.
Is there a veggie or eco-friendly Portlandia skit you find memorable?
