“Food Network Star” Has A Flexitarian Plan Of Meat On The Side
Written by Vegetarian Star on June 3rd, 2013 in Film & TV, Flexitarian, Food & Drink, Reality TV.
Food Network Star has one contestant who may have just invented a new type of flexitarian eating.
Nikki Dinki has an interest in teaching people to cook in a manner she calls “semi-vegetarian,” and she’s branded this style with a catchphrase, “Meat on the Side.”
Vegetarian and vegans can have a hard time on the sets of reality TV eating shows, but so far the only memorable comment Dinki has received was from Food Network executive Bob Tuschman.
Right now, the New Yorker can add “a little cutesy” to her list of logos and her dishes like potato-cauliflower parsnip soup are still in the contention.
Tune into Food Network Star to reduce your meat intake with the help of flexitarian cooking technqiues from Dinki.
