Ronika Picky Vegetarian Diet Forbids Beef Jerky On Pop Tart And Fish

English singer and songwriter Ronika (Veronica Sampson) knows as much about good vegetarian food as she does a good tune.
During a recent interview, she gave so many tips for finding the plant-based cuisine of your choice in England, she could “human restaurant app” to her CV.
She calls herself a picky eater, making herself even more qualified to help the most difficult vegetarians and vegan find a spot in the UK.
In addition to the best pubs, cafes and restaurants, Ronika gave a glimpse into what she enjoys cooking at home and what she absolutely cannot imagine herself eating.

“Beef jerky covered in Marmite and served on a pop-tart. I have been a vegetarian since I was nine years old. I stopped eating meat after a holiday romance with a chicken which didn’t work out. I recently tried to eat a bit of fish but didn’t get very far with it; I spent about an hour just eating one prawn in tiny bites.”
A beef jerky on a pop-tart probably wouldn’t entice most eaters.
But put some Tofurky Jerky on it and…mmm…it might very well be snack heaven.
