Meatless Mouthful–Missy Higgins Has Her Vegetarian And Vegan Moments

“I’m vegetarian at the moment. I have been vegan in the past but I’ve found it a bit too hard with all the travelling I do. It is possible if your heart is really in it and you have a lot of discipline but I was just spending way too much time trying to find places that could serve me something vegan.”
—Missy Higgins, on her wavering plant-based diet. Not only is it hard to find vegan food on the road, it’s much easier to find Tim Tams. Higgins explained the chocolate covered desserts “might be half the reason why I find it so hard to be vegan!”
