Zagat, one of the most known and respected outlets for restaurant ratings, has blogged about vegan restaurants in the U.S. that serve animal-free versions of classic items like grilled cheese, burgers, and chicken fingers.

Eight different casual restaurants are featured, including Chicago’s famous Chicago Diner serving vegan versions of bacon cheeseburgers and eggs benedict.

There’s also San Francisco’s Bender’s and its “Satan’s Lil’ Helpers”–seitan wings drenched in traditional BBQ sauce.
