Maria Shriver is one of several investors in a new chain of pizza restaurants, Blaze Pizza.
The company offers several pizzas on the menu, but promotes its ability to allow the customer to build its own.
Other investors include Boston Red Sox co-owner Tom Werner; film and TV producer John Davis; Panda Express founder Andrew Cherng, and Shriver’s son, Patrick Schwarzenegger.
“We love pizza,” Shriver told Bloomberg News. “My son and I are really excited to be in the pizza business.”
For veggies who can’t decide what topping to use, Blaze offers three already existing vegetarian pies on the menu–the Art Lover, Veg Out and Simple Pie.
The Art Lover features ” artichokes, mozzarella, ricotta, chopped garlic and red sauce dollops.” VegOut has numerous veggie toppings, including ” zucchini, mushrooms, red onion, mozzarella, gorgonzola and red sauce dollops.” Finally, the Simple Pie is a blend of mozzarella and parmesan over red sauce.
A gluten-free dough is also available, as well as vegan cheese options, according to ABC News.
