“Bachelor” Catherine Giudici Covers Meatless Monday At “Seattleite”

Catherine Giudici is by far the Vegetarian Star‘s favorite candidate on this season’s Bachelor.
And from some spoilers obtained from the web, she’s Sean Lowe‘s favorite too.
As previously reported, the 26-year old graphic designers is also a vegan food blogger and Vegetarian Star has recently stumbled upon her blog at Seattleite where it appears she covers the Meatless Monday beat.
Giudici reviews restaurants and stores in the Seattle area that serve the best in plant-based fare and has covered everything from fine dining to pastry shops to sports arenas.
She recently discussed Mighty-O Donuts, which won the Food Network’s first ever breakfast competition with its sugary-filled cinnamon and ginger, salted chocolate caramel and cherry pecan fritter delights.
“Mighty-O’s sweet, but not super sticky sweet donuts are made with real honest ingredients and you can really taste the organic goodness.,” writes Giudici. “(You can even check their site for all the nutritional knowledge. Giudici reviewed several contestants on the menu, including the Chocolate Peanut Butter, Blueberry Monster, Maple Bar and Strawberry Jelly-filled.
