Travis Stork Of “The Doctors” Gives Fruit And Veggie Prescription

Dr. Travis Stork, one of the co-hosts of The Doctors, has a great prescription for anyone looking for a New Year’s resolution to get healthier.
The Dr. who rides his bike to and from work everyday recommends everyone increase their fruit and veggie intake.
One of the best ways to do so is to start by eating one fruit said to take the Dr. out of business–an apple.
The fiber in the fruit helps you feel full faster and longer, allowing you to eat less at your next meal and throughout the day.
Dr. Stork is probably packing a red or golden one to his office and studios regularly
“I definitely try to practice what I preach,” he told Yahoo! Shine in an interview. “So all these tips. I do them. And I can say that with all sincerity.”
