Meatless Monday Recipe–Cornelia Guest Chocolate Coconut Squares

Cornelia Guest will participate in a Celebrity Cookoff competition featuring Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri as hosts.
Several stars will compete in the culinary challenge for a chance to win $50,000 for their charity of choice.
The vegan entrepreneur is sure to wow the judges and win with recipes like her Vegan Chocolate Coconut Squares.
Guest shared the recipe with Veranda as part of her “Garden Party” collection of ideas featuring the squares, Asparagus Straw and Rigatoni with Asparagus, Artichokes, Lima Beans, and Peas.
These desserts call for wholesome oats, dairy-free chocolate chips and are sweetened with agave syrup.
They’re certain to entertain guests for a garden party, evening at home with a movie and friends or by yourself.
