Kris Carr, author of best-selling vegan book Crazy Sexy Diet and the woman behind the popular blog Crazy Sexy Life, has written another cookbook.
Crazy Sexy Kitchen: 150 Plant-Empowered Recipes to Ignite a Mouthwatering Revolution divides recipes into several chapters based on the occasion, dietary and culinary need.
“Family Night” with the children may call for something as simple as Pita Pizzas while a more romantic dinner idea such as Beetroot Ravioli with Cashew Cream Cheese can be found under “For Your Valentine.” The next morning, impress the co-workers with Rockin’ Rosemary Popcorn, Warm Kale and Quinoa Salad or Super-Fudge Low-Fat Brownies all included in the chapter titled, “Office Lunch Party.”
Other chapters with similar tantalizing recipes include “Zero Stress in 30 Minutes or Less,” “Kiddo’s Lunchbox,” “Sexi Mexi,” (Mexican) and “Eating on a Budget.”
In addition to dozens of recipes, Crazy Sexy Kitchen contains profiles of popular vegan chefs, cooking conversion charts and more.
Crazy Sexy Kitchen is due for release at the end of October.
