“The Dark Heroine” Abbie Gibbs Real Vegetarian Vampire
Written by Vegetarian Star on September 12th, 2012 in Authors, Books, Food & Drink.
Abbie Gibbs is an 18-year old with a full schedule. Not only is she starting her studies at Oxford University, she’s just signed a deal with Harper Collins because of the success of her book, The Dark Heroine, which she describes as being, “more bloody” than Twilight.
Unlike the Twilight vampires who use the term “vegetarian” to describe only the abstinence from humans and not animals, Gibbs is in real life a genuine biter of vegetable flesh.
She calls herself a “blonde-vegetarian-music-junkie” who likes drinking coffee and writing poetry.
Already published electronically, The Dark Heroine is set for paper release in October.
Since published online at Wattpad.com, an online reader and writer community, The Dark Heroine has had over 16 million views and 24,000 comments.
