Moderating a presidential debate in front of millions? Tough!
Making a good vegetarian chili that can also easily be veganized by leaving out the cheese? Ridiculously easy!
State of the Union‘s Candy Crowley has a recipe she shared with Rachael Ray for a vegetarian chili that made her the news of the evening at the CNN Chili Cook-off.
“My chili’s won the veggie division two years in a row. It’s actually really easy to make! They’re serious about the competition around here. I won bragging rights and trophies,” Crowley told Ray.
What’s the secret to Crowley’s award winning chili? Must be the zucchini.
Grab the recipe and make this during your next political debate at work or home.
