Martha Stewart Side Dishes From “Martha Stewart Living”
Written by Vegetarian Star on July 7th, 2011 in Food & Drink, Recipes.

Vegetarians have come to loathe side dishes, as the phrase usually means mashed potatoes and green beans are the only items edible during Thanksgiving dinner with the omnivore relatives.
But side dishes don’t have to come from a can and Martha Stewart demonstrated several side salads on Today that can push the iceberg lettuce and French dressing off the table for good.
Potatoes, peas and mint salad; peaches, basil and red onion salad; and corn avocado and cilantro salad were recently included in Martha Stewart Living.
Any salad is the perfect complement to the Twitter co-founder’s seitan recipe Martha featured on her vegan episode.
