Alicia Silverstone Promotes Bamboo EcoTools Make Up Accessories

Alicia Silverstone has just wrapped up promoting some products from EcoTools, a line of eco-friendly makeup tools and cosmetic carriers carrying her name on some of the designs, such as a “Deluxe Pencil Case, a four-piece Backstage Vanity Brush Set, and a Hanging Valet,” according to Stylist.
Eco Tools uses environmentally friendly bamboo versus wood for many of its tools.
According to one source, bamboo has the unique ability to protect the earth from soil erosion, remove more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and is a more sustainable resource than wood because it can grow faster and replenish itself.
Bamboo produces more oxygen that equal amounts of wood trees, allowing it to reduce atmospheric CO2, and it reaches maturity every 3-4 years, which is 2-10 times shorter than wood trees, so replenishment will occur quickly after it’s harvested.

I got the travel set, make-up bag and brushes as a Christmas gift and they are all awesome.
Pretty much anything by EcoTools is well made, affordable and green.

I have her set. It’s so pretty, and even better, cruelty-free and environmentally friendly. As soon as my current set wears out, I’m going to buy her new one.
