Puppy Thrower Girl Won’t Face Charges Because Of Age

The young lady who was video taped throwing several puppies into a river to drown will not face any charges because police say she is too young to appear before a judge.
This decision has outraged members of PETA in Europe, along with the rumor that the puppies were rescued by a woman who found them shortly afterward.
“This is outrageous,” a PETA spokeswoman, Nadja Kutscher, said, according to a report in a German newspaper. “The puppies that the old woman was with were completely different ones to those thrown into the river in the video. The puppies would never have survived.”
The Toronto Sun had reported earlier that if the girl was underage, her parents could face a fine if animal cruelty charges were applied.
