Chelsea Clinton Wedding Rehearsal Dinner Catered By Terrapin Restaurant

The New York Daily News is reporting that the rehearsal dinner for Chelsea Clinton‘s almost vegetarian wedding reception is being catered by Terrapin restaurant in Rhineback, New York.
The restaurant boasts a menu of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items, which is most important for the bride-to-be, as she’s a vegan with a gluten allergy.
Keeping in the themes of health for humans and the environment, Terrapin pledges to use local and organic ingredients when possible and does not use partially hydrogenated oil in fried items.
The Vegetarian Pot Stickers, Grilled Portobello “Steaks,” Falafel Salad and Farmers Market Enchilada all sound enticing.
Chef Josh Kroner is at the helm of Terrapin and he has worked under the guidance of famous chefs like Emeril Lagasse and Bobby Flay.
