“Cupcake Wars” Features Vegan Chef Chloe Coscarelli

What’s with this new love for vegan sweets the Food Network has lately? On tomorrow’s (Tuesday) second episode of Cupcake Wars, vegan LA chef Chloe Coscarelli will compete against dairy cupcake makers in a competition for a chance to cater for a high profile magazine party in Beverly Hills.
Recently, a vegan friendly cupcake shop, Sugar Cupcakery, was featured on the series as well.
The theme for tomorrow’s show is “Match Making Party” and the chefs are supposed to design aphrodisiac delights.
Coscarelli has been called a rising vegan chef by LA Weekly and her appearance on the Food Network channel will surely boost her star status a few more points.
Coscarelli is currently featuring a recipe for Blueberry Cinnamon French Toast on her website. Do we even have to tell you to check it out?
