Renee Zellweger Dumps Dairy For Seaweed

Renee Zellweger has dumped all dairy products from her diet and has developed a mean addiction to munching on seaweed.
According to 3 News, a source told Closer magazine, “She just munches on seaweed all the time. And she is convinced that dairy in even the tiniest amount will cause her to gain weight, so she avoids it.”
If you haven’t already gotten acquainted with seaweed, it’s time to say hello to some of the more popular varieties like kombu, wakame and nori, used in soups, salads, vegetarian wraps and noodles.
You could start by trying out the incredible, edible, egg totally optional seaweed omelet or a seaweed spinach pine nut pasta recipe.
The Seijun Suzuki Seaweed Omelet involves taking advantage of Asian sauces like soy or plum when seasoning an omelet where the egg can easily be substituted for tofu. The finished product is garnished with a slice a kiwi.
Soba or buckwheat noodles replace spaghetti in the pine nut pasta recipe. Apparently, the creator doesn’t mind dumping dairy sometimes either, as evident from the instructions: “Sprinkle with Parmesan if you have some, otherwise go cheese-less, like a real man.”
