A sandwich shop in Toronto loves Wilco so much, they’ve named some of their culinary creations after them.
According to Pitchfork, the Sky Blue Sandwich Company offers signature sandwiches named after the Chicago based alternative rock group, and the menu indicates vegetarian Wilco fans are not left in the dark.
“She’s a Jar” comes with almond butter spread on honey whole wheat bread, topped with banana slices and sprinkled with cinnamon.
And “Red Eyed and Blue” features mozzarella topped with tomato, sweet onion and basil leaves and wasabi mayonnaise.
