Biggest Loser Trainer Bob Harper Digs Vegan Rella Faux Cheese
Written by Vegetarian Star on July 31st, 2009 in Business, Celebrity Tweets, Food & Drink, Reality TV.
Bob Harper has been tweeting away his vegetarian recommendations lately.
The personal trainer who serves to get the Blue team in shape on NBC’s The Biggest Loser, has revealed he loves vegan cheese and almond milk.
From @BobHarperAnthem:
“Try choosing a cheese alternative today to replace your regular one. You will be surprised how great some of them taste, my fav, vegan rella.”
“Try using Almond Milk today instead of cow’s milk today. It is a healthy alternative and tastes GREAT!!”
Sweet deal, Bob!
Wouldn’t it be incredibly cool if The Biggest Loser had contestants do veg diets while they were losing weight?
Between Bob’s recommendations for milk and cheese substitutes and Jillian Michaels almost being completely vegetarian except for a few fish here and there, they could really show the world the best body is a veggie body.

Personally, I like Teese, but everyone has their preference. Plus, I think Vegan Rella is readily available at the store while I have to order Teese online.

Bob, after five years of being vegan, I know what you mean about Vegan Rella! Also try Tofutti brand “cream cheese” and “sour cream” YUM!
I would LOVE to see a cookbook from you or Biggest Loser that is at least vegetarian. Believe me, not all vegetarian recipes are low cal or lowfat. Now that I am into a decent workout routine, I’d love to try new recipes!

Personally, I prefer the Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheeses. The cream cheese is so like the real stuff!
And yeah, I would love a Biggest Loser Cookbook too. 🙂
