Heather Mills’ Vegan Lemongrass Chicken, Muffin Cupcakes Recipes

Ingredients
1 tsp baking powder
30g cocoa
55g maple syrup
90ml oil
230ml water
Preparation
2. Mix oil and water and stir into dry mix
3. Beat until smooth
4. Pour into muffin tins or ramekins
5. Cook at 350 f / 180c or gas mark 4 for 15 mins. Allow to cool
6. Pour topping (melted chocolate) on to muffin

you have a link for the chicken and cocunut rice recipe but instead you have choc muffins? not very accurate

Hi Caroline,
You make the lemongrass chicken with lemongrass stalks and other spices and seasonings from Heather’s recipe.
If you live in the UK, you can use Heather’s vegan chicken or buy any other faux chicken from the grocery store.
