Audrey Kitching Needs Gluten-Free Help, Quick!
Written by Vegetarian Star on June 24th, 2009 in Food & Drink, Models.
Audrey Kitching is known for making her frequent veggie Tweets on Twitter.
She recently was on a mission to find gluten-free ingredients.
“On the hunt to find Vegan Gluten free cherry pie ingredients..I am going to make this happen!..wish me luck I might need it.”
Sounds like Audrey needs some help finding ingredients to make a meal those suffering from Celiac disease or wheat allergies can enjoy.
We’re sure Audrey can make it happen.
She’ll have to substitute some rice, tapioca, and sorgham in place of whole wheat pastry flour.
Glutenfreebird can provide the recipe.
Ways to make natural pink hair coloring from items in her refrigerator…she’s on her own.

I have never had luck with gluten free items (I can eat wheat), but would try them from time to time for something different. I tried a one company’s rice tortillas to make seitan fajitas-they were absolutely delicious!
