Meatless Mouthful: Morrissey Rather Vivisection Himself Than Reform The Smiths

—-Morrissey, to Uncut Magazine, on getting back together on stage with The Smiths, a band he and Johnny Marr, rocked with in the 80s. The band supposedly broke up due to a lot of bickering between he and Johnny. Bummer. They couldn’t even find their veg lovin’ as common ground to stay together.
On another interesting note, Morrissey, once responded to the opening of a new animal research lab by saying, “If you like vivisection, go and be vivsectioned upon yourselves.” Eating one’s own, uh, reproductive goodies, comes pretty close to that.
