Boy George was a guest on the Queen Latifah Show where he shared a few of his favorite vegetarian recipes.
The singer who became famous for his role in the musical group Culture Club in the 80s, has a brand new album out, This is What I Do, and he’s looking better than ever for its celebration, thanks to his plant-based diet.
The singer jokes he can eat enough for the entire United Kingdom.
But with his choice of wholesome, lean, vegetarian ingredients for meals, you’d never be able to tell.
George uses a Vegetti–a tool designed to make strands from vegetables–to create noodles from zucchini instead of traditional white or whole wheat pasta.
Many pesto sauces contain cheese, such as Parmesan.
Not the case with George’s, as the combination of nuts, seeds and nutritional yeast make a delicious vegan version.
Watch the clip above for a demonstration of the dish, and head to the Queen’s (U.S., not the UK one) page for George’s zucchini pasta recipe.
