Meatless Monday Recipe– Juliana Hatfield Dinner Thing
Written by Vegetarian Star on April 7th, 2014 in Female Musicians, Female Singers, Food & Drink, Meatless Monday Recipe.
Juliana Hatfield knows how to get her dinner thing on.
Whether it’s a hot breakfast on Sunset Boulevard or wheat noodles with veggies in NYC, there’s never a dull moment in the life of the vegan singer when it comes to plant-based food.
One of the dishes she enjoys the most is one she can create in her own home.
Her “Dinner Thing” recipe is a basic combination of grains and vegetables you’ll likely to find a version of in your local veggie diner or hippie establishment.
It’s simple enough to make quickly, yet tasty enough enjoy again and again without getting bored.
Hatfield told Paste Magazine:
“I like to make a grains and vegetable thing with tahini sauce for dinner. I repeat this dish over and over at home; I get into patterns of repeated eating behaviors, mostly because I am lazy and can’t be bothered to come up with new things.”
Get Hatfield’s recipe, which is said to “serve one, generously” and get your dinner thing on a Paste.
