The best way to attract a crowd to your store is to advertise.
And there’s no better plug for the Farmer’s Market near the White House than the 30 picture slide show that WTOP has created and posted to its website.
Gorgeous color photos of baskets of fresh produce and cooked dishes illustrate the market that serves both the lunch crowd in D.C., as well as residents wishing to support the regional farmer.
Vegetables, spreads, breads and other packaged goods from small farms aren’t the only items that can be bought.
There are also food trucks and hot cooked meals served by stands set up from local restaurants, food shops and food manufacturers.
The market runs daily from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursdays through Oct. 31 is located at 810 Vermont Ave. NW (between H St. NW and I St. NW).
